A little update on Sandy and I. We are in the midst of our second child, due June 9th, 1999. I never thought that it would be so hard to have one and now I'm going to have two. Sandy is doing well, but she is more tired this time. I think its becuse we have the 20 month old that is running non stop when he is awake. He has started going into his terrible two's. And we had hoped that we would miss out on this one. I just got a promotion at work, off of the helpdesk, but still working for/with the helpdesk. I will doing the software/network migrations/planning. It doesn't sound like much, but so far it has created much more work for me then I had expected. I just finished my first project that involved taken 3 floors in our building that were still on Token Ring over to Ethernet. Next up is a NT migration from Novell and UNIX. It will be good in the long run though. We will be going from 22 servers to just 3. Much easier to support. That's all for now.

Sandy and I are doing good. As you may have read above, Sean was born last June. He came at the beginning of my 3rd major project of the year, which was a rollover from a text based e-mail system to Microsoft Outlook. I had to handle organizing the training and installation. We were able to get 95% of the people trained and it took us a month to get 2000 people loaded. After that we proceeded to touch all the PC's again and load Office 2000 on them. It has since died down for me, but that doesn't mean that it couldn't pickup again at any minute. Sandy just started back to teaching last week. She will have her first class with kids next Tuesday. She is only working the one day of the week. Its good for her to get out of the house and good for my mom to spend some time with the kids and corrupt them more. She will be teaching Creative Writing, I'm thinking she should help me out. I just seem to babble and it really isn't that creative. My Hockey team isn't doing all that great this year, but I'm starting to have some fun with it again. I got Garrett some skates last weekend and got him out on the ice. I hope that he would like to follow in my footsteps and play hockey, I just wish that he will do it at a much younger age then 23 when I started. Got to go eat some lunch.

Its been almost a whole year, since I updated you on us. The kids have been updated a lot more frequently then us, but not much changes in our lives that doesn't happen to the kids first. We have been trough 2 surgerys this year with the boys, one for each. Both of them came out fine. Garrett has started Pre-Pre school this fall and seems to love it. He tells Sandy have Tuesday and Thursday that he doesn't want to go, but seems to be fine when he is there and then comes out all happy. I have been working in my project position, with no major projects to work on. I'm going to be taking over site managership of a building out in Southfield, that should be fun. It will at least give me something to do. Sandy and I were thinking of moving, but then didn't know where the extra money was going to come from for this giant house that we want. I would like to have at least 4 bedrooms or at least 3 with 2 big ones, so that the boys and room together. I would like to have a room for an office again. As much as I enjoy being in the living room with the computer, I would like to have a little place of my own to get away from the crazyness of this family. Which if things work out will be increased by one next June. We have lost 2 in the last 2 years, but were able to have Sean in between. Things are looking good this time though, so we will just keep our fingers crossed. Going to go do some work now, talk to you later.

Well number 3 is on its way. We just went to get our chirstmas tree this past weekend. It took almost a day to get the train set up and running, but it was going last night. It only has been off for the time that we have slept so far. At the middle of last month, I moved from my position at QMP for Ford out to Southfield to work on a new project called eVEREST. Its going to replace all the procurment systems in Ford. I was promised a Ford position out of this, haven't gotten it, but I think its coming. I will be happy to get rid of Tech Team, their health insurance is killing me.

I have been bad about updating not only this page, but most of the web site. In April of this year, I was hired into Ford. It was a very happy day for us and for my Father, he has stopped telling me that I need to find another job. In June our 3rd child arrived, thankfully the day after Sean's birthday. Sandy didn't want them to have the same birthdate. This gives us 3 boys now. The youngest being named Nicholas. We are all doing great and the boys just love having him. Sandy is a little tired from having to deal with all 3 during the day, but thankfully at this point, all Nick wants to do is sleep. Garrett is looking forward to going back to school in the fall. I have been relagated to only playing hockey on Thursday nights, which isn't all that bad, at least I get to play one day out of the week. I'm getting very out of shape though.
