Sunday Morning early. Nick has only woken up once. That's nice he was up 20 or 30 times last night. Haven't heard from Sean yet, but I'm betting he is waiting for me to get into bed.
Sweetest day was very uneventful. Sandy took the boys (Garrett and Sean) to go watch my nephew play soccer this morning. They didn't have enough players, so Garrett got to play. From what Sandy said, he had a lot of fun with it. He got tired by half time so they left him play goal and he saved 2. He had so much fun, he asked if he could play next week also. I guess that we will just have to wait and see. I grew up a football player, so soccer was always that sport for the people that couldn't hack football, but I have learned to have a lot of respect for those that play the sport. There is a lot more running invloved in that then there ever was in football. The only thing that I have found that comes that close is skating in hockey. They didn't get back home to about 3:00pm, so Nick and I had a very lazy day of laying around. I rented Star Wars yesterday and got to see the end as I had fallen asleep watching. The effects were good, but I was glad I didn't spend the money to see it in the theater.
Every year around this time Garrett likes to go onto the other street in our neighborhood to see the witch that ran into the telephone pole. Today Garrett got his own witch and I was out there at 9:00pm tonight putting it up for him.
For those hockey fans out there, our wings have one again tonight. I wonder how long they can keep this up? I have been chatting with my buddy ron for the past couple minutes, I guess the geeks know no time or anything else for that matter, why else would we be up at 3:00am on Sweetest Day?
Its about time I call it a night, I have bored you long enough.
