Wow, fell asleep on the chair watching Congo. I was just going to shut this thing down, but thought I would update you on the goings on for the last couple of days.
Hockey was good on Thursday, I scored a goal, but not just a normal goal I was able to get this one up into the top of the net and knocked the water bottle off the top of the net. Friday at work was a little tiring. We ended up going over to our friends on Friday night and didn't get home till 1:00 am. Needless to say 7:30 rolled around very early again. Sandy had a hair appointment, so that gave me some time to sit on my butt and do nothing. I just let the kids watch whatever they want and they are happy and I'm happy. I havd to go and watch my inlaws painters while they went to 36th wedding anniversary mass for themselfs. I got some what of a break, but was watching the Wolverines playing State and was not happy with the way that the game was going. I was able to come home after that and we had dinner with everyone and watched the end of the game that just broke my heart. State should have never won that game, but Michigan should have also played better. No Red Wings tonight, they were on last night and they put on another great show, with the first return of Osgood to Detroit. We have him the love that we give every other goalie that comes back to Detroit after we trade them or they leave us. His best friend wasn't even as nice to him. He scored two goals and the score ended up 2-1.
I finished Harry Potter tonight. This is the first book that I have completly read since I was in High school and that is over 17 years ago. I know it seems like a long time, but most books don't hold my interest, they just put me to sleep. I find that I'm ready to move onto the next one already. I can't wait to see the movie later this month.
