I think I need to exercise more during the week. All this sitting on my ass at work as made me fat and lazy. I’ve been noticing it mostly going up the 4 flights of stairs at work. I have to stop and catch my breath before I go through the door. Its also showing up in hockey also. I was good for about the first hour last night, but then I couldn’t move my legs. I got more then enough sleep the night before so that shouldn’t have been a problem. The big difference this week was I was playing forward and not defense. I think I’m more conditioned to skate backwards instead of forward, if that is possible. It was an ok night for me though. I scored 2 goals and setup a couple others. I also got asked to play in a tournament at the end of April. It will be nice to get back to playing games where it means something.
