Tommys Thoughts

I had a pretty decedent day. Work wasn’t too bad, but then i have the best Boss in the world. I just wish I could do more for him, so he is not so stressed. Had lunch with my father, when he talked me into going to the game tonight. Most of my friends are now saying, what was so difficult about deciding to go to a game? There is no problem there, but there really was. I had to take the boys and myself to get our hair cuts (see web cam pic its now shorter) at 7:00 the game started at 7:30 and by the time I got the boys home and down to the stadium it would be about 8:30 and I would be able to see the last of the 2nd and some of the 3rd. At 10:00 I play hockey on this night, so I didn’t want to miss that either. So after lunch I was able to talk Sandy into letting me go. She agreed to go to the Salon (because my hair needs styling) and take the boys home, even after the horrible day she was having with #2. So we parted ways at 7:30 and I raced to the stadium. Listen to the game in the car. I parked in my secret get out quickly spot and ran into the stadium. From the time I left the car till the time I got my 2 dogs and a coke (had to skate so i didn’t drink) and through the doors for the rink, 3 goals had been scored. I climbed up to my seat with 1:06 left in the first. I got to see a wonderful 2nd period with lots of intensity. The 3rd came and it just got boring, so I left, got back in my car, got lost going to the rink (I know all the one way roads to get me where I started, but I don’t know how to get to the rink from there). It took me just as long as it would have from my house and my house is 15 more miles away. I finally got there and played really shitty and to top it off I ended up screwing up my back and now I sit here with Ice on it.

Greg if you read this today, I thought I saw your dad in the stands at the game tonight. I wasn’t able to get over to him, The guy I think is him would have been 1 section over.

To my friends in Canada, I’m sorry but we kicked your ass tonight. So I leave you with a shot of the only Jersey that you should be wearing on the web cam. Better luck next time.
