Is it sold yet?

Well, the realtor came out to the house on Thursday night. We signed a ton of papers and decided to put the house up for $138,000. His assistant was supposed to come out here yesterday and didn’t, she thought the roads were going to be too bad. It seemed to stop snowing right after she called. We rescheduled her for Monday. She will come out and take pictures of the house and then they will get it up on the web and in the papers. Sandy is very anxious now and was upset when she didn’t come. Its not like the first person that comes through here is going to buy it. I think we will still be here in June, which will suck. We wanted to get into a new house by the end of May so that we could have all the June birthday parties at the new house and we are going to be gone for quite a few days in July, going up north and going to Disney World.

I’m kind of glad that she is waiting till Monday to come. I think the house looks better in the snow then it does without it right now. It looks very good in the spring when everything is green and then pretty bad in the middle of summer when everything is brown and I refuse to get off my ass to water. Besides, I usually don’t mow in the month of July.

Off to fix the stove and then to the driveway for some fun with the snow blower. Have a great day.
