Good News / Bad News?

Heard from the realtor last night about the people that came through on Saturday. They really liked the house, but wanted something with bedrooms in the basement. Its not like you couldn’t build them. The basement was pretty much finished as it was. I don’t know what it is about our neighborhood. The house’s all have 3 bedrooms, Living room, Kitchen and 1 and 1/2 baths, but the people that live here, are trying to pile 2 or 3 families into them. Its a very diverse neighborhood, I guess that is kind of why we are looking to leave, the only people that we have anything in common with are all old and have owned the house since it was built. Not much fun for the kids.

The last thing the realtor said was that we were their second choice. That makes me feel great. We were the first losers.
