We signed the papers on the offer for our house on Saturday, we are now waiting on inspections, so that we can hear if they potential owners are going to continue to want the house. So we decided to start looking harder at finding a house. We really liked one that we looked at yesterday. One of the problems with it, is its covered ceiling to floor in every room and hallway with wallpaper. So there is some work there to remove, but its fixable. The basement is great and fully finished and I won’t change that one at all. The big one that we are having a problem with is that we are 50 feet or less from a main road. There are a row of big bushes and a row of pine trees separating us, but there are no fences and I don’t know how we would deal with Nick out there, I know the older two would understand not to go out there, but Nick just isn’t there yet. We will have to see.

We have the same problem with our front yard. The street is right there and Dakota is forever trying to go out there.
Luckily we have a huge backyard but I do wish that we could do something about the front because I know the kids would like to go out there more often as well.
