Our agent told us that a house down the street from us sold today and it was only up for 12 days. Its the same as ours and they got $4000 more then us and had 3 offers. So what is wrong with our house? I don’t know we went down there and took a walk through. It looked just like ours did when we first moved in here. All the wall switches and outlets were old. It really didn’t have anymore updates then ours. It had a dishwasher and a kitchen in the basement, but that is something you could do to ours if you want to. Oh well, we have a showing later today and I think we are still going to do the open house on Sunday, so maybe something will come out of that.

Good luck! I hope someone buys soon. Did the people down the street use the same agency as you are? Sometimes it all lies with the agent that is working on your house.
