Its absolutely beautiful outside today and where am I? Not at work and not outside. I’m laying on the couch dealing with a sinus headache that has already made me throw-up twice today. I love it when the weather goes from 40 to 80. This always happens. its been coming on for 2 days now and today it kicked my ass.

I feel for you. I have migraines that will last several days at a time and they are usually brought on by allergy season.
