100 Post and Good News

Well I didn’t know if I could put up 18 posts in 4 days and low and behold I did it in 3 days. I can be such a wind bag. I have seen too many comments in the last couple of days, are you people getting bored of reading me or have I just been bull shitting and there is nothing you want to comment on?

On to good news……
This afternoon the guy that came through the house yesterday has offered and accepted our counter offer. We now have to wait 72 hours to see what the first buyer wants to do and she doesn’t want it then we made $1000 more then we were going to with her, but lose the washer and dryer in the process, so it comes out to be a wash. They are only about 3 to 4 years old anyway. Its not a bad thing though, I have my eye on this WASHER and this DRYER. I will keep you updated on how all this turns out, but I may be putting a bid on a house this weekend after all. If I don’t speak again, have a great weekend!

I know that I haven't commented as often because usually I have Joe in my arms and I suck at one handed typing.

I love reading your blog and what you have to say. Not boring in the least. :-)

Oooh, I especially like the washer. Keep us posted about all things house!

It kind of bummes me out when no one bothers to make a comment on my posts. Especially when I make an effort to leave comments. Sometimes I wonder if it's all a big waste of time. As you may tell I'm feeling a bit discouraged today... must be this unseasonably cold weather :)
