Well, I thought it would be great to have a buyer, eventhough she hadn’t sold her house yet and we told her that we would give her 72 hours if someone else wanted to buy the house. Well I didn’t think at the time that people would stop coming through, because they didn’t to have to wait 72 hours to find out if they got the house or not.
Which brings me to her house. In my mind, she is way over priced for the area, especially because there are houses going in her area that are bigger, have a basement and a garage and are cheaper. She has no basement or garage and asking quite a bit of money for it. Its a nice looking house, we drove by, but the rest of the neighborhood didn’t look that great and she backed up to a mile road and I know that we didn’t want to live on one and I don’t see anyone else wanting to do it.
So here we sit with our eyes on two houses and unable to do anything with them because we haven’t sold ours.
