How does your toilet paper hang? Over the top or pulled out from underneath or is it not hung at all?

It used to hang over the top, but that was till we had kids, now it pulls out from underneath, its harder for them to unroll it by spinning it.

Over, unless someone, who shall remain unnamed, happens to not pay attention and puts it on backwards or is too lazy to hang it at all.
