The Heat Is On

Well I the repair man showed up about 4:00pm and we went to look at the beast. After about 1/2 hour the heat was on and working great. There is a pressure valve that tells the furnace where it is ok or not to turn on the flame and that hose was blocked by a piece of dirt or something and it wouldn’t allow it to turn the flame on. The technician pulled the hose off blew through it and put it back on and everything has worked fine since.

Homewarranty 0 Homeowners 2

This is the 2nd thing that we had go wrong and the 2nd thing that wasn’t covered by this home warranty that we got with the purchase of the house. Now they would have covered the furnace for parts, but we had to pay $75 deductible. I was all ready paying the Gas company for Furnace, Water heater, AC and appliance protection, so they came out to look at it and it doesn’t cost me anything. I think that is a better use of my money then this stupid home warranty.
