I got a call from Sandy this morning, telling me that the mole trap my neighbor let me borrow had been set off and non of the boys supposedly had touched it. I hope that is the case and I hope that I have caught this bastard that is reeking havoc all over the back of my yard and I hope that he is still alive, so that I can kill him myself….Sorry step out for a second. Have you ever twisted your ankle mowing the lawn? I have done it 3 times this year thanks to this guy and I would bet 40 of his friends. So I’m sure if I have one, I still have 39 to go after, but I do at least have one. My neighbor had one in his yard early this week, put the the trap in and caught him and so I hope his trap works, mine doesn’t seem to do anything.
By the way, the Tigers game was great up to the point where they lost in the 10th, but it was awesome to sit so close to the field and be able to see the guys faces when they walked back into the dugout. My boys are spoiled, they will never understand why I was so excited about the seats, Its been 36 years and this is the first time that I have sat this close to the field. They had fun though and we almost got a foul ball, it hit 4 rows behind us. Now being the great week that it is, I get to go to the game again tomorrow, but this time my seats are way out there, I wouldn’t be surprised if I could see the game better from outside the stadium, but I do get to take a 1/2 day off, so that will be worth it.
UPDATE: Didn’t get it!

Wow I never heard of moles being in the burbs. Are they as bad as racoons?

Hey - there are these smoke bombs that smoke up the hole and kill them. They sell them at Bordines...
