New Family Member

Sunday afternoon Sandy went to the store and came back with two new members of our family. My son wanted a pet gecko, so Sandy went shopping and this what she came back with.

She thought it was a great idea, but now is wondering if the feeding of crickets and meal worms is really worth it. Last night the boys and I were watching TV in the same room as the guys and we were hearing the crickets chirp. It was like watching TV outside. This morning, most of those noise makers were no longer in the cage, but two little animals seemed happier. I never really wanted these things, but I’m growing to like them. It should be interesting to see how we do with them.

I guess you guys don't go for the cute and cuddly pets. :)

I have all kinds of the geckos running up and down my back fence. Next time you are in AZ, let me know and we can get you a couple for FREE.

I go for cute and cuddly. Anything scaley gives me the willies!

Good luck! It's different with boys. My little girl likes bunnies, kittens, and a little rat (a chihuahua) she has at my mom's house named Pinky. Ugh.

Can't wait to hear the first story about their escape - all of them do sooner or later, you know!
