It was a horrible ride into work today. It took me a 1/2 hour to go 4 miles down the road from my house today. I sure it has to do with the large sinkhole that is near by. So you can guess that I was pretty pissed off at that point. The drive got better and I was making up time till I came around the curve on 94 west at Michigan Ave. It slowed somewhat, but was still going. I got past the last exit for the next 4 miles and it came to a complete stop. I sat there for almost 40 minutes while traffic didn’t move and when I finally learned why the road was closed, it really pissed me off. They had shut down the freeway ahead because the president was going back to the airport. Maybe he should have to drive in this shit to see what he does to us.

OMG--too funny! when we were driving home from Louisiana somewhere in the middle of Ohio we got stuck behind John Kerry's campaign bus. We'ld come to a dead stop in every po dunk town in Ohio along I-75.
We've been driving all day and got so close. My husband was furious. He announced as loud as he could that Kerry had just lost his vote. And now...the two of your votes will cancel each other out for the same reasons! he he

Guess it's all in perspective and timing. I went by a little earlier, and blew past the state cops (who were getting ready to close the freeway)at a pretty good clip. They couldn't stop and ticket us because they were on Bush duty. Made my drive really fast. Does that mean Bush get's my vote?!
