Oh this one strikes a nerve with me. I will hang Christmas lights at Christmas time, I will not hang Christmas lights for any other holiday. Its just the market trying to figure out more ways to make money. They get the kids thinking about it and then they continue to bombard you till you cave. I will not cave and I haven’t so far, but not from lack of trying from my kids, but I don’t see them out there hanging the dam things up. {steps down from soap box}
Twosome: Camera!- What’s your preference? Digital or film, black and white or color, portraits, candids, or just whatever catches your eye?
I really like my digital camera for the ease of getting the pictures onto the internet, the ease of seeing them as soon as you take them and the fact that I don’t have to pay to develop a whole roll of film. Not to mention the 10 to 20 pictures that Nick takes of the floor, the wall, 1/2 of people. I’m glad I can delete some of those and not have to pay to have them developed. I will admit that I have probably spent more on Printers, paper, and ink, but at least I’m printing what I want to see.
Threesome: Action!- Do you have a favorite sport? Do you follow the local high school or college team, trek to the kids’ games each weekend or are you all about the pros?
Sadly, my favorite sport is Hockey and there will be no Professional hockey this year, but we will be watching whatever hockey we can see. After that I would say it would be College Football and then Pro. But I like most sports. Volleyball, Tennis, Baseball, Basketball. If its on and I want to watch it I will. even Soccer or Rugby, which are pretty good at times.
