Tommys Thoughts

Nicholas decided to yell out to us this morning and we were really quick to yell back to go to sleep or come in here, but he just kept yelling for mommy to come, so I was saved and let her get out of bed, but that only last 5 mins when I had to get up and take the sheets off the bed and clean them out and put them in the washer. We had fallen asleep on the couch last night watching the football game and I remember Nick waking me up at 1:30 crying in the kitchen. He wanted someone to sleep with him. I should have known then that he wasn’t feeling good, but I laid with him for 5 mins and he fell back to sleep and I left, but not before I thought I smelled puke, but I couldn’t see anything and yes honey I did look. I grabbed Sandy and went to bed and then the call came at 4:30 and this time it was puke. We cleaned him up and he wanted to sleep on his floor (he normally sleeps in a trundle, so the floor is his bottom bunk. needs to be like his big brother, who has a bunk bed). That lasted till about 6:45 when we all got up to start our day and he was acting better then normal. I got dressed and was getting my stuff together for work when Garrett yelled out that Nick just puked on the table. Well that changes the whole day for us. Sandy wouldn’t be able to drive all 3 to school so that left me to take Garrett’s project into school and the other two rode the bus in. I have since talked to Sandy twice and he seems to be fine. I guess we will see, but I’m tired now and I’m ready for a nap. Hope your day is better.
