$100 Store

Every Saturday morning my Farther in law comes over to see us and bring the boys donuts and bagels. Its great, the boys get to see their grandfather and I get breakfast. When he leaves, he always gives them a dollar bill. So this past Saturday, Garrett asked if we all could go to the dollar store. I asked him where that was and he said its right next to mom’s $100 store. That store being Target. How many of you can go into Target and come out spending less then $100? Doesn’t happen here, so we have to keep her away from there. I told Garrett that he is going to need to find a different dollar store.

I agree. I end up buying things I don't even need. Target was my first job right out of high school and I remember telling my boss that they shouldn't even pay me since I just left all the money there anyway.

See I'm convinced that the main reason that Mike really pushed for this house is because it is way across town from Target making Target a 35 minute drive for me. I won't drive 35 minutes if I can only drive under 5 minutes to Wal-Mart. I love me some Target and could easily spend a grand in there but I'm too lazy to drive all the way over to the other side of town just to spend money that I don't need to be spending when I can go to Wal-Mart. And with Wal-Mart, I usually get so irritated that I just breeze through, grab what I really need so that I can get the heck out of there. ;-) Mike was thinking on this one.. lol
