I was grateful that I didn’t have to go to work yesterday, but I’m glad that I’m back here today. I got up early and went to the chiropractor to get my back adjusted. Its helping somewhat, but I want it to be faster then it is. Its killing me and its killing me that I’m missing hockey games because of it. Back to the story. I left there and went and returned Moby Dick at the library and got another book Tale of Two cities. Then went to best buy to get my turbo tax and on to the house for a relaxing day.
The wife had other ideas. Last summer we had a Great Indoors store go out of business by our house and Sandy bought a bunch of pulls and knobs for the cabinets in the kitchen. She had been pretty good about hinting at the fact that she would like them up and me being lazy, I didn’t take them and so it brings us to yesterday. She was on me like a hawk all day till I gave in and spent the next 4 hours hanging these things up to only be 6 short, because she didn’t count right and now we are looking all over hell for the other 6 that aren’t on cabinets and can’t find them anywhere. We have called the company and they said that they can be specially ordered from Lowe’s but when I went there they said that they don’t deal with them. So I have to find these things somewhere.
So much for a relaxing day. At least today I’m at work and resting.
Oh I did do a couple of things with the site yesterday. I added that this day in the past on the right, which will show my post from the past on the same day. I thought it was cool, this way I could see what I was thinking 1, 2 or even 3 years ago which is as far as the posts go back.
