Fall / Winter Fashion?

I heard about this on the radio this morning and then as soon as I launched my browser (it loads my yahoo as the home page) I saw it as the most emailed picture on the internet today. I have brought it over here for your viewing enjoyment.

I just can’t see why anyone where wintery type clothing would like to have their ass exposed. Its just begging for frostbite.
