Monday Madness - 01/31

DVD’s

  1. Are you more likely to rent or buy DVD’s (VHS’s)? Why?
    I do buy them, but I’m more app to rent them and when I do its DVD’s I like all the extras.

  2. If you rent DVD’s, do you bother viewing the ‘Behind the Scenes’ or watching the entire movie again with commentary on?
    I have watched them again with the commentary on but that is usually with the ones that I buy. If I rent, I will take a look at the extra stuff and that will be about it. I like the deleted scenes.

  3. Do you think these features warrant the extra cost for DVD? (Afterall, we were able to buy new release VHS for $9.99 prior to DVD).
    I believe that the quality and sound makes the DVD worth paying an extra $5 to $10 for them. I usually buy them the first day they come out if I’m going to do it and I get them for about $14.99 at Best Buy.

  4. What’s your favorite DVD (or VHS) in:
    * Drama - Matrix Series
    * Comedy - Any HS or College co-ed movie
    * Action - Just about any.
    * Suspense/Thriller - Not one comes to mind
    * Horror - Halloween Series
