Ran across this: Gravatar - Globally Recognized Avatar today when I was signing a comment on someone’s site and thought it was pretty cool, so I have installed the plugin stuff here in my comments section, so if you have an Avatar out there, it will show up with your comments.
You can see what mine looks like in the comments, just click on show comments or the comments links below.
