Meat is Thawed

I got a call from Sandy today letting me know that the Refrigerator wasn’t working correctly, everything is thawed and what should she do. We have an appliance plan through our gas company and I had her call them. There was no call back after 4 hours so she called them back and said that they had dispatched the call and gave her the number of the place that would be looking at it for us. When she called them, they said that they would be out on Saturday at 2:30pm. So Sandy said, what am I supposed to do with all my frozen stuff till then? The lady replied, why would you put putting them in your washer? After they got it figured out that it wasn’t a washer, they will be out tomorrow, but I’m already looking at a new one in case it costs too much to fix and besides, I really don’t like the one we have now and I think it was made in the 80’s or the 70’s. I don’t know, it came with the house. So I guess we will just wait and see.

I know the warranty with my refrig comes with a food guarantee. What ever you "lose" when it is broken down you get the replacement value from the company, up to a certain value. You might check on that. :)
