Note From The Principal

Lately we have been getting a lot of notes from the teacher for Garrett and let me tell you, its enough to make you pull your hair out. You hate to learn that your kid is the one that is disrupting the class all the time, but here we are and its ours.

Today Garrett came rushing into the house all excited that he had a note again (go figure), but this one was from the principal. Sandy was so upset and hadn’t even opened it, but very mad at him for being so excited about it.

It turns out that it wasn’t about him for once, but another kid in the class. Apparently another student had brought a knife into class today and some of the other kids had pointed it out to the teacher and when she confronted him, he tried to attack her with it. No one was injured thankfully and the kid was restrain and taking from the class.

When Garrett was asked how he felt, he was pretty excited, stating that it was the most exciting thing that had happen in a while in there. He wasn’t anywhere near the boy. So we are thankful for that.

What has this world come to? I moved out here so that to hopefully get my kids away from this stuff. I guess its everywhere.

WOW! We had a similar problem at my daughter's High School but, this involved what turned out to be a FLARE GUN. But, it was enough to scare the holy Bejesus out of ME!

Unfortunately, no matter where you go. You can't get away from the world! You can only do your best and pray that your kids will be okay!
