What The Hell Is That Grinding Noise

As I lay in my dreaming state that normally starts at 5:45 and ends about 7:20 when I finally stop hitting the snooze and get my ass into the shower. I kept having dreams about different things, but one theme through out was a grinding noise. I couldn’t figure out what it was until about 7:00 this morning when I noticed that I had lost a lot of space in the bed and it turned out that Nick was in there with us taking up his normal 3/4 of the bed and grinding his teeth like there was no tomorrow. At this rate he isn’t going to have any teeth.

Ouch...just the thought of that makes MY teeth hurt!

Better consult the dentist before he does too much damage to those poor teeth!

oh my 4 year old does this too. my dentist said awhile back the only thing to do was to put a sports guard in his mouth but would he keep it in was the concern. that was 2 years ago so maybe we can re visit this issue. but he crawls in the bed with us and grinds those teeth and it can wake me from a deep sleep.
