The Devil's Code

by John Sandford
One thing about being in pain and having to lay on your back for 2 days. You can get a lot of reading done. I would have been glued to this book even if my back hadn't bothered me. This was the 3rd book in the Kidd series and of course I'm still jumping around, but I only have one left to read and its the first one. I know as this series comes to an end for me that I find my self hoping that he is going to write more along this line, but I fear he is done. With Kidd's friend Bobby getting killed in the 4th book, I can't seem him going on without Bobby to help him. But then there might be another twist to it then.

This books starts out with James Morrison, one of Kidd's hacker friends, getting killed and his sister Lane Ward finding Kidd to help her through his death. As he is helping her through, James' death starts to look more like murder then an accident. So Kidd must find out who is doing this and why. This one was fast paced and kept you on your toes but after reading 2 before this, you could kind of see where this one was going, but it was a good book non the less.
