I’m sore today. I left work last night and got to Garrett’s baseball practice just in time. I pitched to the team for an hour and 1/2 while they did batting practice. I went home for 30 minutes and then my neighbor picked me up to go to our hockey game. I haven’t played hockey in 2 months and I’m sure feeling it today as well as my arm hurting from the pitching.
It was the championship game and we ended up losing 3-2 and it was my fault that they scored the 3rd goal and I’ve nightmares all night and day about it.
