What do you get when you have a tsunami, a submersible missing, Methane Hydrate and a guy that thinks he is an air to the Czars? You get another Clive Cussler book with the character of Kurt Austin. Kurt was on a working vacation and was just going out for a flight to find a TV crew that was supposed to show up at the ship many hours earlier. Just as he found them, they were being fired on by a group of guys that looked like they were from the early 20th century, he was able to take them out with a flare gun from the plane and save the 3 TV crew people that he was looking for and of course the love interest for this story. In this book old enemies became friends against a new enemy and in the end the world is saved and everyone except the villain gets what he wants.
