Tuesdays PT appointment was a walk in the park compared to todays. I think I figured out why my back has so much pain, it really hasn’t been exercised in 18 years and its holding up a stomach that has quadrupled in that same time. We spent the 45 mins working on strengthening my abdominal muscles and if it did anything it took my mind of my back pain. My stomach has killed all day long, but I know that its something that hasn’t gotten used in a long time.
