Tommys Thoughts

I was in 2nd grade and there was the girl name Dawn and we were going steady for what ever that meant back then. I remember kissing her for the first time behind my parents garage. It was one of those tight lipped ones that you did when you were kids and as far as I can remember that was the last time that I kissed a girl till I was a Junior in High School. I remember that day like it was yesterday to me. It was winter break and a buddy and I followed the church group out to the tabogon hill. One of the girls I know had invited us to go with the group, but then she didn’t show up, but that was the day I met my first girlfriend that that love lasted…. we dated for 5 years after that. I remember that we met at the tabagon hill and she invited me to come back to her girlfriends house, they were just going to lay around and watch TV and maybe other things. Now mind you it had been 8 years since my last kiss so I went to talk to my buddy and had him tell me what I needed to know. I was a geek and didn’t know anything about it. He was nice and explained what I needed to do and later that after it was great sitting on her girlfriends couch making out as her girlfriend and boyfriend were on the other couch doing the same thing. I couldn’t tell you what was on TV, but I will never forget that day.
