Well I made it back into town this morning at about 2:00am. We had a wonderful time camping, it rained some, but it didn’t put a damper on anything except the really hot weather. Which by the way is back today, it currently feels like 106 at my house.
We woke up yesterday morning and tore camp down, packed the car and headed over to my sisters for a couple of hours before I took Sandy and the boys up to the cottage for the rest of the week. So in a way I get to be a bachelor again. It was funny when I left the boys last night they were all kind of like bye dad, see you later and they went back to doing their thing. Sandy and I went out the car, said our goodbyes and I said, I wonder when they will figure out that I’m just not going to work and coming back the next day, that I will be gone the whole week. Sean figured it out about an hour later and I talked to him on the phone for about 10 mins which is a ton of time for him. I have also talked to him again this morning, he wants to know if I will be up there later today, but I see I will see you guys when you come home later this week. Its nice to feel loved. I’m hoping to get caught up on my sleep that I have lost over the past weekend. I also need to clean the house for Sandy so she feels like I did something with my week other then working and laying around.
