For over 2 years now I have been wanting to get and iPod and they have come out with so many different models and I finally settled on the new NANO and I finally had the money. Had being the key word here. Friday on my way home from work, I hit one of those lovely pot holes that our state is known for and blew out the front tire of the car. After doing my lightning fast tire change (I’m ready for NASCAR), I was back on the road. I stopped by my neighbors and we looked at it and he filled it and it was holding air and it seemed fine. It was fine all day Saturday (when the cheap tire stores were open), but then Sunday we got ready to take some stuff over to our friends for a garage sale and wouldn’t you know it, its flat again. So again, I got to perform my tire changing skills and the boys watched in awe (year right). In the end it cost me $110 for a new tire which would have been half the price on Saturday when I could have gone to a cheap store. Christ its a lease anyway what do I need a 75,000 mile tire for, I won’t have it but for another 35,000 miles anyway. So there when the money for the iPod, I know it was only half, but now its half that I don’t know when I will get it again. Oh well, I guess I will ask for one for Christmas again for the 3rd year in a row and hope that in the spring I will get a tax return that I can actually use on something other then bills. Done bitching now. Have a nice day!

Sorry. Be good and maybe Santa will bring you one. It might also help to keep hinting to your wife. :D
I tried for the longest time at those "free iPod" sites. I know people have gotten some from there but I had no such luck. Finally after months of hinting, ok, begging, Rodrigo got me one for Mother's day.

I feel your pain- I really do. Everytime I have the money saved up for the expensive digital camera that I want, something comes up and there goes the cam money. I should just suck it up and buy one of the cheaper ones but dangit- I want the $500 one. :-(
Someday when hell freezes over, I will have my digital camera.

How many rims/tires is that now on your commute to Ford? I remember you had a few with the Talon. Bummer, man. A guy in my section got the nano the other day, and it is cool.. now everybody in my area is selling their iPods to get one. You'll get one soon enough, and it will be worth the wait. With my luck, I'll have to buy some more shrubs or something :)
