After spending 4 restful days at home, its good to be back at work.
Turkey day was good, I got to lay around all day long and watch some really shitty football put on by our lions. Sandy cooked at great meal and we all got fat and sluggish.
Friday brought another day of laying around, in the past, the day after thanksgiving had always been my hanging up the lights day, but it was cold and I needed stuff from the store and didn’t want to put the kids in the car to go. The wife was out doing the early morning/all day shopping thing. I also started back with the PT again to see if they could help my back. I have been in a lot of pain since picking up leaves a couple of weeks back.
Saturday I spent my doing the Christmas lights and at the end I got the ok from Garrett, telling me they were great.
Sunday we did the church thing, then we went to Sandy’s mom for lunch. We stopped at the cemetary and put a grave blanket on her Father and the boys let some balloons go. After that we took her mother with us out to Canterbury Village to look at all the Christmas stuff just like we did a couple of years ago.
Then it was back to work today. It was nice to not have to look at the computer too much this weekend. Yea I had those pages every now and then, but it wasn’t too bad. Hope you are having a great Monday and a long month of shopping and putting yourselves into more debt.
