Ok since getting my iPod and ripping all my old cd’s in. I’m finding that I’m missing a lot of music that I used to have on Cassettes. So what I’m looking for is a place to go (free) that I can get some of these old albums that I once had. Let me know where you get your stuff. I have been buying things in iTunes, but I really hate buying something again that I already own on a medium that I can’t get into my new medium. Thanks for any help you can give me!

ha! i was doing the same thing and that's why i asked what you had in your cd collection (i.e. New Order and stuff.) :)
have you thought of just using the program "audacity" to just record your cassettes through "line-in"? that might be a little tedious but it's free! :) ... and then i'll just mooch off of you. heh.

I came across this site while looking for a super bowl grid. I thought I would offer a bit of advice on this topic. A great resource for getting full albums is bittorrent. Rather than explaining the details of it I will give you a link to help out: http://www.commonwebsense.com/2006/01/27/the-bittorrent-post/
If you want to semi-legally obtain your music a great site is http://www.allofmp3.com. It is similar to iTunes but it goes through Russia and their non existent copyright laws. The end result is full albums cost about $1.50 or so.
