Your Welcome

I hope that everyone enjoyed the SuperBowl yesterday. It was my largest day ever of visitors. I got 319 unique visitors yesterday and I hope that you found the superbowl grid useful.

I was happy to see Pittsburgh win and I was sad that Seattle lost. I thought they were screwed on a few calls.

Friday night we took the boys to downtown Detroit for the festivities that were going on down there. Outside of transportation (more coming on this one), I thought they did a great job with the whole thing. The boys loved the NFL Experience and many balls were carried, thrown and kicked in there by them. We went over to the Ren Cen and saw them tape the 1am Sports Center show, I don’t know if you could see us or not, we were one of the idiots jumping up and down in the background trying to get on TV.

The whole experience would have been great if it wasn’t for the public transportation. They had all of us scared that if we drove down there, we wouldn’t find a parking spot and would be trapped in traffic jams. In retrospect I would have liked to have dealt with that rather then waiting for 30mins to get on a bus to go down there in the rain. Where sitting in the van in traffic would have paid off was the hour and 10 mins we stood on the street waiting in line to get back on the bus to come home. Once on the bus they at least drove as fast as they could to get out there but we did sit in traffic, both ways. We got home at about 1:40 and just fell into beds. I have some pics and I will try and get them up as soon as I get some time. Just look to the right for them.
