A little boy in the fifth grade was trying out for a school play.
After the audition, he was excited to learn that he earned a part. He ran home to tell his father.
His father was really proud of him. He asked, “What part did you get?”
“I got the part of a man who has been married for 25 years!” the boy replied.
His father congratulated him, but had one more comment for his son.
That’s good, son. Maybe next time you’ll get a speaking role!
